Shipping & Delivery

Everything ships from Shenzhen. That is the part most stores in this category leave out, so it goes first.

How long it takes

We are not going to give you a date. We have not run enough orders to know one, and a made-up number is the fastest way to make you angry later. When we have timed enough real orders to say something true, it gets written here.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves. International tracking goes quiet for stretches in the middle. That is normal and it does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs

Import duty and handling charges, where your country levies them, are yours. We do not collect them and we cannot tell you in advance what they will be.

What we do and do not do

We buy from one supplier and ship what they send. Nobody here opens the box, tests the unit or checks the card. At this price nobody in this category does, whatever their listing says.

If something is wrong

Email us and say what happened. We have not settled a written returns policy yet, so we handle these one at a time rather than publish a promise we cannot keep. Posting a console back to China costs more than the console, so the answer is unlikely to involve you paying for shipping.
